$7.5MM SBA 504 OOCRE Financing
Working closely with the client and several lenders we were able to negotiate 90% SBA 504 financing with a 1st TD at 50% LTV fixed exercising an 10 year interest rate swap with a rate just over 4% and a 2nd TD of 40% LTV funded by the SBA on a 20 year fully amortized note.
